Harnessing water from Mexico's highest mountain, this coffee undergoes a natural process, rendering it 99.9% caffeine-free.
Sourced from Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varietals, our coffee grows at around 1,000 meters, resulting in large beans and a smooth, low-acidity brew. These decaf beans come from smallholder producers delivering to the San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations in northern Chiapas, to the east and northeast of the Tuxla Gutiérrez region.
